Yes, you can order a sample. However, the minimum amount for your first order is €100 so, you need to order at least €100 worth value of order to open up account. From second order, there is no minimum amount of order.

2. Can I return samples back or return the products to you?
For a sample order,
You can return the samples back to us. We will give credit your account or refund your money. You must return samples within 15 days, and the condition of the jewelry must be new, never used or tried on.
For a stock order,
In the case that you ordered from our stock, if you want to return some of items, please, send them back to us within 7 days, we will refund your money once the products return to us.
For a special order,
If it is especially made for you, we do not accept the return.
In all return cases, the freight cost for returns is paid by the customers.
We will do refund within 5 days after received the goods. -
3. From the second order, can I order just one piece?
Yes, you can order just one piece, but only after your first order.
However, if you keep placing a small order, the discounted rate can be modified. -
4. What if we have defective items, or what if my customers return the goods?
All items are guaranteed for 5 years, you can return any defective items to us your freight cost, and we will repair or replace the items. In the case that, we cannot do repairs or replacements, we will refund your money.
Please note that the defective reason must be from a production default, not a usage problem.
Our average defective rate is less than 1% from last decades sales experience. So, you can trust our quality of products. -
5. My Gold-Filled items is tarnished, is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, it is guaranteed usually 2 years, but we can extend up to 5 years maximum. We will do repair your items at no extra cost to you.
First of all, the tarnished products can be easily cleaned up by jewelry cleaning products. In case the gold is tarnished, we repair for you without any extra cost. Please, send us the defective item to us by your freight cost, we will send you back at our cost. -
6. Do the prices change?
Our prices are based on the precious metal price, and current international labor cost. We are working hard to maintain competitive prices. All prices displayed on the website are based on the current metal price. -
7. The items ordered are not the one I expected. Can I return my order?
If it is your sample order, yes, you can return your order and get a refund. However, it your order from your sample, or already purchased repeated order, we cannot accept your returned. -
8. Can I have 30 days credit terms?
Yes, you can ask for credit.
In this case, please, send us your last financial statement to us by email. Our finance team will review your company and will decide accordingly on a case-per-case basis.
If you cannot send us financial report, we can only provide a maximum of 5% of the total annual purchase amount.
For example, if you ordered €5000 in 2022, you can able to receive €250 in credit - 30 days terms in next following year. If you pay well, the credit can increase. If you do not respect our payment terms, the open account will be changed to be paid cash. -
9. For shipping charges, can I use my own transportation account?
Yes, please, inform us of any your transportation account number, and whether you use UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Please, check with your sales representative for this information. -
10. Can I ask my own design to make?
Yes, you can give us your own design, and we will review it, and tell you whether it is possible to make or not with conditions.
We apologize, but we will not be able to accept new designs from new customers. Once you are an established customer, you can submit a design for us to review to possibly make. -

Yes, you can sell our products with your brand name without any restrictions. -
12. Can you supply better resolution of products photos?
No, we do not supply photos. However, you can download our photos from our web site -
13. I would like to synchronize the stock data base with your stock data base, is this possible?
Yes, please, inquiry us by email. -
14. Can I get an exclusive design for certain design?
If it is your design, and you buy the required quantity, it is possible.
If it is our design, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per/year for an exclusive design only for you. -
15. In the web site, I forgot may password and/or ID, what should I do?
If you know your ID, you can select "forgot password" in your customer login page, and a new temporary password will be sent directly to your email. You can change your password "B2B log in" in menu once you enter our site.
If you forgot your ID, please contact us, and we will reset your ID and password. -
16. What if the available quantity is not enough? How long do we have to wait?
Mostly, we are already in the process of restocking; but in any case, if you need to know the exact date, please, send us email and, we will respond with your delivery date. -
17. If I want to order a big quantity, can I get an extra discount?
Yes, please, send us your order quantity (like a few hundred pieces per design) by email, and we will response with better price. The discounted rate is based on order volume. If you want to do a promotion for a certain item, please, inform us, and we will give you a special price for the special promotion and expected delivery date. -
18. The gold color is slightly different by items, is this defective?
The gold color can be slightly different. It is not defective. The gold color can be different in the process of gold filled here. If you prefer to certain color, please, inform us, so that we can supply at consistent color for your account. -
19. Do you supply "certificate card" for each product?
No, we do not supply certificate card for each item, because the certificate must include who certifies the goods. Our official invoice certifies our products. Each customer can make your own certificate with your brand name, and your own logo. Like many customers do it, we certify our customers, and our customers certify your customers. -
20. Problem solving for password and ID
To enter our web site, you need email and password which was used when registered our site. However, sometimes our customers forgot the password, or confuse which email was used.
First of all, please ask 'lost your password' in login page. The temporary password will be sent to your email which was registered in our system. (check spam mail if you can not find)
Once you receive temporary password automatically in a second. Please, log in with temporary one, and modify your own password immediately, otherwise, you will forget it again.

Please, try to use very simple password like your name, or birthday etc. You do not need to use complicated password for our web site.
If you can not solve the login issue by yourself, only solution we can do is 'delete your accoun'.
